From the moment we made our first phone call with Peter after my uncle passed away unexpectedly, we were treated with immense kindness and a willingness to do everything to make this process as easy as possible for us. For us, the best aspect was seeing the respect and dignity shown towards my uncle - from the process of collecting his body to the final moment of the funeral procession.
